Trojan Women
Trojan Women has been a popular source material for AOD Actors of Dionysus and we have performed and toured it several times – in 1996, 2003, 2004 and most recently in 2014.
Working with David Stuttard’s translation and thereafter his adaptation Euripides’s play is a powerful meditation on war and its aftermath and the devastating consequences for the women and children who survive.
