Oedipus

Oedipus by Sophocles has been staged by AOD Actors of Dionysus several times, most recently in 2006 in David Stuttard’s adaptation and directed by Tamsin Shasha. Before that we toured different versions of the play in 2003, 1998 and 1995. In 2006 Ben Ingles played the title role, available as a DVD in our shop and in 2003 Tas Emiabata played Oedipus, in a version that was co-directed with the late Marcello Magni, co-founder Member of Complicité.

All versions toured nationally.
