Elektra woos audiences in London

The KCL Greek Play, for which we acted as Executive Directors, was a tremendous success and ran from 10 – 12th June at London’s Greenwood Theatre.

Directed by Ines Neacsa with Giulia Balsamo as Elektra and Sophia Marie as Orestes Elektra – A Throne Restored was both compelling, funny and poignant. It powerfully blended Aeschylus, Euripides and Sophocles into a brand new version giving Elektra an inexorable agency.

Next year’s play will return once more to the Spring, with a run at Greenwood Theatre from 3- 5th March and we’ll be managing that transition.
